Why cant i advance i have made it 5txs or more says i made it but it wont advance me. i also made the next level and i still have been on the same level for 3 months this is very unfair and annoying.

The game start after the 100% bar the start button doesn't show. It is an Adobe flash player related issue every time I reinstall adobe flash player it starts okay. Till a couple of time I can do it again. Screenshot

This has happened to me before on an earlier level. Friends are sending me lives but game not accepting them so unable to unlock level 61. Last time I couldn't play the game for 4 months and it spontaneously resolved. I have tried playing from king.com and syncing but no luck.
I have asked an question. But did NOT get an answer from King. Maybe it is not coming through but we are the people who are paying your bills. I think, I should get the media involved and tell how it really goes before any more people put there money in.
