I have been receiving lives from other players and I know there are some requests FOR lives to be sent, but all I see are the 25 lives waiting for me to accept with no way to get to the ones that I need to SEND. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Every time I try to play candy crush soda, it looks like it is going to let me play, then it says loading and nothing happens, can you tell me what to do?
I have been stuck on level 615 for weeks now and have not even come close to completing it, can you please advise if you intend to make changes to it to make it possible to complete or should I just give up and move on to another game? im on level 45 and trying to pass the bridge i ask friends but i just keep getting more lives how do i get tickets to pass???
the only time this happens is when i use the colored balls so it is useless to even play and yes i have reinstalled and all apps updated
