I just won the crown in outgoing event but didnt got the reward 1 hr unlimited life and 6 hammers. I got the gold though. Why is it? I want my rewards this is unfair :(

Unlimited lives counter and vanishing hours
I had 79 hours left of unlimited lives. I played 'Earn a crown' ONCE, and got to the Crown in ONE go without falling back to number one. When I went back to play the level, 55 hours vanished of the counter. 55 hours in the space of 10 minutes. Why? Can I have them back?

Level 545 bug
I am getting close to winning on level 545 of Candy crush soda, It has 2 screens, i make it to the second screen when suddenly it slides back to the first and will not go on to the second one. I have to lose all my moves to start again. that also take away a life....
