I have not received any link to recover or change my password cos it hasn't sent the supposedly link like it said and I can't get back to my existing level . Kindly help me fix this cos I can't start from level 1
Lives won't load . Next life in 397 hours !!!!! Tried logging out and reloading but still can't play.
Since I started playing on my Android tablet I can now no longer get the correct level on my PC running windows10. I keep getting the very first game even if I do 4 or 5 levels. I have tried reinstalling etc nothing is helping. Levels are correct on Android tablet.
Candies keep on rearranging at the bottom. Can't continue playing. Is this normal game playing or really a bug?
Recently, whenever I try to open the candy crush soda app, it displays the king intro screen for a second or two and then dumps me back into my android desktop. I've got the Samsung galaxy s5 running Android lollipop. I've updated 3x. Haven't tried reinstalling because I'm concerned about losing progress.

I just beat lvl 495 but now theres a paint can between lvl 495 and lvl 496 and now i can't play lvl 496
I have been trying to use gold bars to continue the level and I keep getting error saying the store is unavailable. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is, and whether I am on wifi or not. It's getting frustrating because I spent real money and I am not able to use them.
Has anyone beaten this level yet? Seems IMPOSSIBLE. Anyone have any tips? Any videos?
