I'm stuck at a road block and my friends have sent more than enough help to move forward but only one has registered on the road block --- My only other option is to pay to move forward which I wont do --- Any idea's why this isn't working?

game was working fine then tried to play it wont load or connection times out have tried several different ways to "fix" issue getting frustrated
Several people have sent me train tickets, I am not receiving them. I cannot get access to level 61 because my train tickets are not being processed.
I have been waiting more then 3 days to get any lives. Only way I can use any lives are if a friend gives them to me.
I have asked for and gotten many more than 3 lives to move to next level. but the system does not registered these lives. it has only registered 2 out of 3 lives. it has been many months since i have been able to play.
