When I am given extra lives from friends it always show who gave them and how many then when I run out of lives and go to use them they are gone????

I can't get the king challenge to play but was playing on a friend's and it played both devices are the same both are kindle fires not sure why can play on one but not the other

On candy crush saga soda i have beat level 177 several times and it still says i have 1 bubblegum left and their is no bubblegum left. I need this fixed.
I am at level 420 soda saga and cannot get into next level. I had a friend i could see in the next level but that too is now mot showing.
Not all the ingredients for the level come down. Sometimes they get stuck where there isn't a match and there should.
The game appears to load successfully but freezes on the timer of the current sale advert and the levels won't load.
I won level 405 and it moved to level 406 but it won't let me open it in anyway. I tried restarting the app, the iPad and everything is not working. Can't move to that level. I can send and receive lives, I can replay all passed levels but not access to 406. Can you fix this issue please?
