I have gotten to 391 but it's gray and won't let me move on. What can be done to fix this?

Stuck on Level 391
I finished level 390 and now level 391 and beyond are greyed out and unclickable. Have been for almost a week. How do I fix this? VERY frustrating!

Unable to open level 391. It is completely gray. I see the levels but I'm unable to open to play. When will this issue be resolved? I see other players are on levels higher than 391. This is frustrating! Please fix. thanks!

I use to be able to login to Facebook on Candy Crush Soda Saga but I haven't been able now for more
It's been 2 months now since I can't sync with Facebook w/Candy Crush Soda Saga. I can w/Candy Crush & Jelly Blast. I can't request lives or send lives or help to anyone. I use a Galaxy S5 and this same problem is on my tablet. I have no problems w/Facebook on any device I use, including Galaxy S5. Help
