Why did all my progress disappear?

"No internet connection" error message - (PC not Mobile!)
I'm playing on a HP laptop not through facebook and game says to connect to the internet, I have checked and I have no internet connection problems. Not sure what to do now, Any suggestions?

Game is crashing
Game keeps crashing Now and again in the middle of a level it’s so annoying as I keep losing my boosters streak anyone else getting this

Had to switch to Chromebook, lost a bunch of content.
I kept my progress but I don't have daily bonus (heart + candy or fish), or any of the extra stuff like Kimmy's game or Baking in upper left or the match 4 tile game upper right. So I am not getting any helps. What do I need to do?

Game worked fine on all 3 of my devices until a couple of weeks ago. Now I get message “not connected to the internet” when I try to collect rewards, etc on my iPhone and my iPad Mini. Game works fine in my regular iPad. Note: all three are different games of CCSS that I started at various times over the years. TIA for any…
