The entire game has issues I still do not even see bubblegum hill and I get a gift box and when I click on it it says oops unable to send gift now we will send it later. I hope all issues are resolved soon including access to the store, special events etc.....

Hopefully something can be done. When bubble gum hill shows up on weekends, I play a lot and stockpile a ton of lollipops. Haven't been able to do anything this weekend.

Same here!! Stuck for over 48 hours until session ended. 
New sesssion started & I was able to play about 10 times, then it happened again. So frustrating 🥵
