Cannot see avatars or Scores

Why can I no longer see my avatar or scores and names of people who passed before me? I also cannot access the store or kingdom. It says the Bubblegum Troll is causing problems???

Yes. Still no avatar or other players.

That is strange!  Since I don't know where you are playing - mobile or computer, I am going to post some troubleshooting links below and I need to you please follow them.  Also please clear out the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.

I am playing on Android. I do not play through FB. I am on level 1337 and it seems the problem started on level 1313. If I scroll back to 1312 I can see my avatar and the high scores. However, I am unable to access the kingdom or store. If I click on either one it does nothing, just puts me back to play. I'm afraid to uninstall because I don't want to lose my progress!
