My game does not connect to King

Hello, thanks for all. I think the problem is that the game does not login to my king account. When the game starts, it does not connect to King or Facebook. I used to connect and synchronize on the two devices I use. 1 Tablet Android and 1 Smartphone Android. It has internet in all cases.
I also get a weird message like the candy troll is causing problems in my game. I do not understand
