The issue of 'No internet' is back again.
This is the matter for about a week now.
Must i now uninstall and reinstall the game again?

Hi @SodaCrushNYC I am now back on my computer. This is what you need to do to get your levels back. First you have to get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your account and get your progress back. They will email you with a ticket number. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

@elsa my game username is different than this profile, but both same email address. LMK if need!

Thanks for all the notes. I tried everything to get my game working again, and have had to delete it and restore to a previous save. I was on 92 days in a row of game play and lost several, difficult levels. Is there a way to restore my levels at least? Lost money because of this.

Thank you for your answer.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game earlyer and it's up and running again.
I lost a few boosters from 2 levels but that doesn't matter!
I was afraight that i lost allmost 3000 levels!

What I would like to suggest to you is that you uninstall the game app and reinstall it again. You shouldn't lose your boosters but to be sure of that do a print screen of the boosters that you have and then do the uinstall/reinstall. I did it once on my Windows 10 through my desktop computer and didn't lose anything.

Please make a new update to solve this problem!
I do'nt want to loose everything!

I play with the windows 10 app on my PC out of Microsoft store en its freeze, it says now internet.
I can play levels, it's store up but i can't see live items, links, gifts or my avatar.
The app says everything will be seen and saved when you're have logged in on the internet.
When i logg in on IE, also on my PC, with my King account, there is everything to see,
but the app is farther then when i logged in.
