Candy Crush Soda Saga

I've been playing Candy Crush Soda for the past year or so without ever logging into my facebook account.  Never seemed to have had a reason to...  If I were to log into my facebook account, will I lose the past year of levels that i have achieved?  I've just gotten past level 3000 and would like to be able to log into my facebook account without losing all my levels...  Any ideas?

Hi @quasarn01, welcome to our community.  If you have not been playing on Facebook or the Kingdom you can lose your level at any time.  They save your progress on their server.  You don't have to play the game through Facebook and I prefer playing all my games through the Kingdom.  My suggestion to you is to create a Kingdom account.

Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link. https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247069/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it#latest

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient.  You should get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.
