Error ending level.

I'm really upset because I've already gone from level 491 (Candy Crush Soda Saga) five times and it gives an error message and keeps me stuck in the same phase.
I spent bloster to pass and even managing to finish the error does not allow me to advance ... this is very discouraging!
Game of the computer, already I limbei history, cookies and the like and same, I happened again by the phase and gave the same error. Besides being upset, I'm feeling hurt.

Hi @wpalo, welcome to our community.  Something is going on with Candy Crush Saga and getting that error message.  Now it appears that you are seeing this in Candy Crush Soda Saga.  By any chance, are you playing the game on king.com?  There are issues going on so I'm wondering if you are getting that error message because you are playing from that site.  They are going to ask you to try some troubleshooting so click on one of the links below and let's see if that corrects the problem.
