I have won lvl 563 2 times using gold bars to help do it and I cant go on it says there is something wrong. Please help. Thank you

** A Heads-Up:  Do not go with the step -- delete and reinstall the App as it will remove all your stocked up boosters, and King team will not be able to reimburse them!
