I am sorry to say that I am not very clear on the issue!!  Did you install the game on to a new phone but your level progress is gone to level 1?  Is that the issue you are having?

To add to what @PummyRaj wrote have you been playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress on their servers.
