    @Elsa I was wondering  if you could help me with  this.  and why it says No internet  available. 😞 I haven't  gotten my extra bonuses either

    Hi @Brianna_Miller I think this might be a new glitch and I am going to elevate this but they are out of the office until Tuesday.  Thanks for the print screen because they will be able to see that it is not connecting.

    Well I did elevate it to player support and they said that they will look into it on Tuesday when everyone is back in the office.

    The update  didnt fix anything  :(@Elsa store still unavailable  still says  No network connection.  and IM on my home wifi  network. so that update must have not been much of anything. Will I ever be able to play the game properly again?

    I just found out that it was reported to the studio so you are not the only one with this problem.  I am on my phone but in the morning when I am back on my computer I can send you a link where the community moderator wrote and she will be following up there when she gets an update.

    @Brianna_Miller, can you please let us know if you're playing on an Android or Apple device, the game app version you have installed and have you by any chance looked for any available updates or even tried to reinstall the game app?

    It usually fixes most issues (please note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/King account at this stage will be lost.

    However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully). 

    Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages. I would recommend using these up before re-installing, if possible.
