Hi all. I recently purchased a new device and have been trying to transfer my account over. I, however, do not remember my password. After clicking on "Forgot Password", it asks me for my email, I input the email and it says an email has been sent. When I go to my email, no email can be found in Inbox nor Spam. I have tried multiple times but no email has come through. Please help. Thank you.

Thanks for tagging me @Spinnifix! @saadousousouhannachi welcome to our community! Since you cannot access or get that temporary password I am going to ask you to complete the contact form from here. Explain to them what's going on and see if they can get you a temporary password.

Oh man! Unfortunately they are all gone for the weekend. @AbigailLeahS they gave you information regarding Facebook but did you tell them that you are trying to log in with Facebook or with King? Let's start again.Are you on a mobile device? How are you trying to login? Facebook? King? Give me that information and then we can take it further.

Thank you for your quick response. We could do a couple of different things here.1. You can create a new King account and then I can give you directions on how to get your progress back, but it will still be using that contact form.2. Do you have your user ID #? If you don't then there is no way that you can get into your account to access it to get the number. I could always tag the community manager or moderator to follow up with them on Monday and explain to them what needs to be done. We would need the ticket number that is on that message from them.Please think about this and get back to us.
