New Booster: Supersonic Lolly

I'm very disappointed for I have not gotten soda summer vacation or this awesome new booster! Please help! I'm not sure what I need to do to get them! Am I doing something wrong?

I am trying so hard to figure out the Supersonic Lolly. The first time I saw it I got the three pieces and used it. Ever since then, I can get one piece, but never the second. Then the first gradually disappears, a little at a time. I have tried everything I can think of , but have no idea how the pieces appear . Any help?
