On some levels you can get " packages" with different rewards when playing candy crush soda saga on mobile. Since a couple of weeks there have been problems with reaching these packages and rewards. It does matter how many levels I completes, these packages are always two paths ahead.

Why continue to have them, when it appears to be the intention that you should not get through to them and take them? It only becomes infuriating and makes me lose the desire to play completely.

You're talking about the treasure chests on the map I guess. If you check your boosters you should be receiving the rewards as you go along and then the next chest will be 2 levels ahead, then you get the rewards etc etc.

No, I don`t receive the boosters at all. As I´m done with one or two levels, the same chest is two levels ahead. It´s allways the first box, I´ll never get throught to it.

Hmm, do you have latest update for the game installed? 

Try also signing out and back into Facebook/Kingdom

It was after the latest update on my phone this problem came.

Signing in and out don´t help either

Sometimes when I'm playing Candy Crush on my phone I lose the internet signal because I'm in a house with a tin roof and when I get a a package or reward from the game it says connect to the Internet and get your prize but I connect to the internet and it doesn't do anything how do I retrieve them

No rewards for the buddy prize. Finish the buddy round; it says 'claim your prize' - 2 hours wrapped/striped candy. Click  'claim prize'. Not hi g appears in the game. This isn't the first time I've got nothing.

Hello . I played the weekend Special very often and won to be the King. I spended 100 Gold Pieces and every Time i be the King i dont get 1 Hour tree lives and the 6 lolli. Please tell me how i can get my prices. Thanks
