As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

When it's back, few players get it. Because it is being tested. It doesn't seem to be back for Candy soda yet. It will certainly not be long. I have no information from the studio. No, it showed me a contribution in Candy Friends. Please have some more patience.

I do know, however, that he is definitely coming back, that's why the developers are working so hard to get him fit and in shape.
It really is a shame there isn't bgh. I'm not going to spend anything until it comes back. I'll just find a new game. Very sad.

You're asking us for new ideas. I'm writing. You're not interested. No Bubblegum hill. Tuffee, but it's not working. Shorten the duration. Instead of the new level late, the old levels also get accepted. There may be other activities.

This is getting beyond ridiculous. If it's really taking the developers this long to fix a few supposed "glitches", then their incompetence tops the charts.
I'm not down with supporting a company who cares this little about their players. It saddens me when I think about the amount of money I've given you guys over the years.
Other app developers are always looking for support. Looks like it's time do to some exploring on the app store.

I wonder if they're going to ditch bgh for kimmy's arcade . Tbh if they do that with the latest version I played that had 7 levels rather than the 15 I played before, it will be better than bgh.
@ipete i hope to be wrong too... but I can’t believe that they are taking so long when nothing was wrong with the game, they have trolls before but they fix it in one or two weeks at much....

Have BGH today
I am having server issues, too! I won the throne 3 times but immediately upon winning, I got the dreaded "can't connect to server" message and I never got the lollies. That wouldn't be so bad if I didn't use lollies to win (I look at it as an investment if I use fewer than 6, lol), so when I win the throne and the server fails, I'm actually down a couple lollies rather than up. Very frustrating.
Well I didn't get the BGH !! And that really shouldn't surprise anyone that's there issues cause they don't want you to win allot!! I don't believe a word of them saying there is problems!!!!

Yes, I've got to King 4 times since BGH came back yesterday. I got the Gold, but not the lollipop hammers. I didn't notice for the first 3, but after reading this, I watched the 4th carefully, no lollipops.
I'm sure that it isn't an issue with the BGH software, but with the server connections, as it's affecting Mr Toffee and Bake a Cake as well.

I had the same problem. No lollipops (bummer) and no 1 hour infinite lives 😕. Got the pop-up too: the Bubblegum Troll causes problems with the server. I hadn’t seen this some time if and when I had BGH. So is the old issue a new/same issue? Waiting for the GB.
Double checked today, definitely no hammers given. It expires in 50 minutes for me, hopefully the server issues will be fixed by next time, whenever that is.
I'm hoping that the techs don't waste their time trying to fix BGH, it seems obvious that it's a server issue, not a feature issue.
