As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
@Gumyupawpaw It is so so so disappointing to see what they did to our beloved BGH. I loved the first version. I was hooked. Now they just butcher it over and over. So sad to see ☹️

Well, I'm not, really. I was especially annoyed after my 1st brief win when it erased all my energy I slowly and painfully earned in the past events so I could play a 2nd round of BGH from scratch 😠

I would not know @deb0407 . I didn't get the popup that @Pitty_Kitty did. So I don't expect to see BGH in my game today. I think the troll shows up at some point in your game and isn't tied to a specific time. Only thing I can advise is to check your game. Maybe today @Pitty_Kitty can tell you when the troll showed up in her game.

Hi @deb0407 I wish I could tell you when he returns. Sometimes there are changes and BGH is one of them. It's certainly not the case that he's completely gone, but we're told he will occasionally appear.
And I wish he would return as soon as possible. I too miss the fun and excitement of BGH like everyone else. We don't know more than any other player. The only advice I can give is to make sure that the game is updated.

The Facebook page says to check for an update (posted one hour ago by the page) and details of when bgh is returning... I can’t find any update at all

Candy Crush Soda Saga there are no latest updates. When you say you will "update" it usually means on a regular basis, not simply one post and then never again!
How about a progress report and an ETA on BH.

I am having a tough time this week as Icouldnt stock up on hammers- no BGH last weekend means longer time to clear levels this week. Hope BGH is back this weekend!
Well, appears there is no 3 day event with BGH........so now I guess we hope at least a standard 2 day.
As well as what others have raised, the BGH team that is working the fix, etc.....NEEDS to speak up. The total lack of update is where the frustration comes in for players.

Well not only does it appear no BGH but also no NEW levels. See screen shot below that they posted on FB that new levels are out...that was 5 hours ago.
