As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

And here is a complete picture for you - how many players pass BGH, how many cannot, how much they pay, what they buy, how often players do it.
In other cases, the sample for statistics is not representative.
I think the problem with BGH (like other CCSS options) is something else.
But no one will tell us)))).

Hello CM I am agree about profits terms of Studio. But I strongly believes that BGH is very necessary for those players who don't buy many boosters. CCSS is Passion for Millions Crushers. So I think BGH should be in map💖

I understand your frustration, I really do. I have no news for you about Bubblegum Hill this week, I'm afraid. The new configuration will last for some weeks, the Studio team said.
@headoperations , your analysis is right- in part. Of course, as a company we need to optimise the game and maximise the profit. The thing is, optimising the game means making it more fun, more engaging, more interesting for players- it's a game, and what we want is to have happy players in the long term.

when I finished level 1 BGH was there right away.
Not so impressive during a lockdown and you don’t have to wait because you are out of levels.🎉

BGH is back!
So I started with 100 energy- each play uses 10. 5 gets replenished every 5 min. It was pretty good.
Then after 5 hours suddenly each play became 50 energy! Very inconvenient!
Then after 2 hours , it went back to using 10 energy per play, thank God!!
I am just happy to have BGH!
Hmmmm I think the same group of players of last weekend will get BGH. That means I will not :..Still hasn’t shown up 😢😢
@Lola_Pop or @LadyRaffie : don't you think it will be more fair to tell us that BGH will be definitely cancelled ?

@ellen69 I've had it once in the last 5 months. Them using the same lame excuse about testing it still is garbage. There's just no way they haven't figured out a solution. Why they needed a fix in the first place os beyond me. The game worked just fine for YEARS.
Have you tried what you did last weekend? Log out and into the game etc. For me that didn’t work so I’m not even trying 😬
