As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
I get it from Monday morning 1.00 am to Wednesday 1.00am CST- so got confused.. I understand now @ipete

Yesterday some of us, who hadn’t got BGH for a long time got it back for some hours. So did I 🙂. I told @ipete what I did and that’s what he tried.
BGH only comes from Sunday night to tuesday night .. Not on Wednesday.@ipete

Nope! i did log out- log in many many many times yesterday evening and only feature that keeps showing up is MTF. so, i played few levels for MTF as a good teammate should do. i think i dream about my email and password last night..why you ask? because i log out and log in way way to many times 😂. i'll try again next monday. i'll get an update then...stay tune.

Now I don't have BGH. Yesterday it was still, but this morning it is gone.
Now you are the test subjects of some "testing group", and I will practically not have a game for several days (without new levels).

It is good to know that BGH may come more often now.
For now no issues with BGH, playing on iPad. I already won twice the throne, got the lollipops, free hour and gold bars. Yes it’s like we used to have, only 1 gold but I don’t care haha. And I have the ‘good old’ BGH, the one we always had, no lightning...
I did BGH both on Win10 desktop app and on mobile Android device, just for a few hours. When I saw it, it was 12 hours, now only 10 hours. I can play it, get 6 lollipop and 1 or 2 gold bars.

Oh my, I got BGH too! It’s for 11 hours but I am glad. @ipete please keep trying whole day/night log out/in the game, maybe you get it too! I saw in this thread others saying BGH was back for some hours so I kept on checking 😬. After the post of @Origins7_Dale I checked again and there it was! I hope so you get it too! 🧡

Think I also saw screenshots from both @Sofia1992 & @Werner_Cichy some time ago with "BGH". Not sure what device Sofia uses, Werner uses both Win 10 & Android.
Testing btw, is not so much about the players, it is mostly about "Devices". But because of different configurations, can take awhile, along with the virus causing skelton crews to work on the issues.
Anyway, too tired to play now. In fact, forgot how to play. (hehe)
Might want to ask both @Sofia1992 & @Werner_Cichy how it played on their devices.

How many features that have been tested for months, six months, a year have become available to all CCSS players?
Are there statistics for a year, for example?
Without city rebuilding and summer vacations.
Just start with a new account, within 2 months on level 2500 and I have BGH😂😂😂
We Will never receive BGH again, all the talkie talkie about group A and B😡

Have you guys tried the "log out and back in, and play a level"- trick?
all tried @Lola_Pop it just not released to all players again. From March only once! Can you ask the studio to give a correct explanation and not be satisfied if testing etc..because customers deserve an answer and fair play. That features are available for every player and not for a select group

i log out and log in again
but no bgh
then you log out and press play not played before so that means you play from level one
and voila there is bghn

every account is placed in a group- the one you are on your correct level may be placed in a control group without Bubblegum Hill, the new one may be in a group with the event.
@ellen69 , I can see your point, but the procedure, called A/B testing, is very common in the industry.
Well to me I don’t know how it goes testing new groups or me not being in that account
but I also in my opinion understand being in a very high level of 5201i should be in that so called testing group that had been going on for weeks

Level 5233 here..testing for weeks and in groups placed is not so common in this industry where they have to make money. I think that high level players are excluded from the BGH
starting from level 1 it is available for me as well.
Can all the players say there level and id they have it or not?
maybe we can investigate ourselves how “the groups” has been defined?😈

I have bubblegum gum hill but there’s no point in it, you don’t receive your rewards due to their “connection problems’ so just spend time complaining and it just gives you more stress, so for the people that don’t have it your not really missing out
You may be right could be it’s not worth having bgh
but for us that doesn’t have bgh means we don’t have Bgh by our choice but by a choice made for us
so it would be nice if we have it available like others have bgh and then we decide if we play it or not
used to be a great game spent a fortune over the years, don’t know what king have done to it but it’s just boring now certainly not worth spending money on, keep saying connection problems every other game works fine

yes, we know. for the last 3 weeks BGH comes on Friday morning, not evening like 10 months ago. you can see on earlier posts, some players do have BGH right now. we live for soda game here.
We know that BGH is in weekends. But as you could read others have BGH already, so this means we won’t get it again...
I also read some still doesn’t receive the rewards. I would say to the studio the group who doesn’t receive rewards, put them in a control group and find out what the problem is. Please give all of us BGH and make other control groups 🙂
@Lola_Pop I always play online and always have a strong internet connection. Also my app is always up to date.
This is just such a crappy feeling knowing a company you've given so much money to over the years could care less if the players enjoy the game's features or not.
