As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

I'm sorry for not being so present in this thread at the moment- please make sure your questions and queries about other than the Bubblegum Hill are posted in a separate thread so we don't miss them. For instance, the loss of your stored boosters, @renamifsud2 ! I can imagine your frustration. Have you already had a look at these tips and tricks? I hope you can find them back. If you don't, please let me know.

I think we are in the same group. Group who collected lots of boosters and golds over the YEARS. Now the studio said no more for them. It is random as they said. Sorry that you lost all those boosters. That's suck.
I not only have no bgh or any other features
just toffee fair and the soda squad team
but on Sunday 11 th October all my boosters 9000 of them were vanished from my
windows PC without un installing the game or doing anything just replaying same level yo get a point

Sorry for having you people wait for my weekly BGH update. As you can guess, I still don't have BGH to play....my all time favorite feature! I wonder why this problem is not their priority. Testing is taking forever. Not sharing time table on when it is coming back to ALL Players. I am very SAD the way the studio treats its players.
Not just BGH, I don't have Kimmy's arcade, Teams, or that special event going on right now. It sucks to be me. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Unfortunately a lot of players are missing BGH. King Studios have worked very hard on it and re launched it few weeks back. But to monitor it they have provided this event to a small selected group of players. So if they are satisfied they may provide it to a bigger scale. Please also note that as it is a bonus feature and not permanent part of the game. There is no guarantee that it will always be available in your game. Like all other bonus featutes it may disappear or appear or simply becreplaced. But hopefully it will be back in future.

@dette95 Hi and welcome, please note BGH is a bonus feature so it is not always guarenteed to be in your game, Bonus features are given to randomly selected groups of people. So this just means your not in that group at present but you can be again in the future
To check you are getting the features available to you , check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in. also if playing via a internet browser clear the cache

Friday again, got the new levels, still no BGH.
Here we go again. Another Friday, another start to the weekend without bubblegum hill. I'm so sick of this crap.
All of us that haven't gotten it need to band together and show our unhappiness by not supporting this company financially anymore. Maybe if they get hit in the pocketbook hard enough they will realize this isn't how you treat your most loyal players.
When I used to get BGH I would buy the $18 package. Every. Single. Friday. To help me make sure all the levels were beat by Monday. I did this for YEARS. Now I just don't care if they are finished or not and will not spend even $1. I will no longer financially support a company who could care less if there players are happy or not.

If your app is not up to date, I suggest you update it, disconnect from game and reconnect back and see whether the event will re-appear...if it doesn't most likely it has been temporarily be suspended.
Bubblegum Hill has no specific schedule, but appears regularly. We try to run it whenever we can, depending on other events or features you might have in the game.

Bubble gum hill has been provided to a very limited pool of players on test purposes. And after sometimes if things go smoother it will be provided to a large number of players.
So have patience and keep your game application updated.

Some of the features that come to the game depends on choosing a random sample before the game to try some exclusive features. You have to update the game application to the latest version so that you can get the exclusive features and additions to the game and check your internet connection
Hello @Latika_Rathore I am sorry you still haven’t seen BGH back 😢. It seems to be in a testing phase and some players have gotten BGH, others haven’t; they are , same as me, in a control group. I hope and wish we all have BGH back soon...
