As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

BGH is only there for a small testing group because of the issues. If you are logged into your game, and you don’t see BGH, that means you are not in that group 😔. I see the same; when I am logged in no BGH, logged out and there is BGH. I missed BGH so badly (missing it for months now) that I logged out and played BGH the whole evening 😂. Sad huh 😅
Anyway, you’ll have to wait until BGH is rolled out to multiple players.
Hi dear. The BGH is a bonus feature and still on test basis. I am not even having it in my game. As far as i know that studios are still monitoring its progress and still there are issues which they are fixing. Have patience with us and i will report it to CM. Lets hope it will be better in the future.

Please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login again. And see if it helps you.

My game didn't have an internet connection today. I had the old quests for that. Lol. I could play the ones, are better than the other offers.
Still not working properly though.
Several times to the top of the hill over the past 2 days.
Three time I received no hammers and no free hour of play.
You owe me 3 free hours play and 18 hammers!!!!
The game keeps dropping the server, if it fails to award the prizes it should repeat until it succeeds. not just try the once.
It can't be that difficult, I could have written that way back in the 80's!

I miss BGH so badly, so I logged out and there was BGH 🤭. Started to play 50 of the normal levels, that way I earned 3 boosters each. I won the throne, and earned lots of gold. Too bad I can’t bring them into my game 😢. What shall I do.... obviously I am addicted to BGH 🤤
Lola-Pop at this point it’s useless update that you don’t have any updates. I stopped playing a while ago. This game doesn’t have any meaningful bonuses for people who reached high levels. What is a point of playing?

I don't think the CMs have any new info for us old time players. But I think you are on to something there. Maybe we have to start at level 1 again to get BGH. I see BGH when I log out. It is so frustrating for us old time players to see new players get the feature.
Any news about BGH? Haven't heard any news besides last weeks bs about it being on Mondays etc... I know I am not the only one frustrated, do you want us "old time players" to quit the game or what???

When I have a lot of time, I play old levels to earn points for my team. Most of the time, however, I don't feel like it.
I used to really enjoy the game.
I think that the development team is not very interested in us. The main bet is on the influx of new players.
But after all, it is those who have reached the maximum levels that are the most dedicated fans of CCSS)))).
I can't tell the developers how they need to develop the game. I have no right. But I think it's time for them to start thinking about exclusive bonuses, boosters or mini-games for players who reach the final level. And let all these bonuses begin to be connected after the player has reached the last level. Dreams Dreams...))))
There are more and more of us. We are marking time and replaying old levels to improve the result.

Wow people are still getting BGH. I have not had it for months. When are you going to make the playing field the same for everyone so that it is fair. So sick of the excuses.....
That's true, you didn't say any bad word, and that's why I didn't edit your comment. However, assuming that the only two reasons for the Studio to decide about the testing groups are incompetence or wanting to fool around with loyal players is not kind. And being kind to each other is point number 1 in our House Rules.
I understand what you mean and how you feel, @ellen69 , but I think we've already given you the reasons behind these testing- it can be annoying, frustrating, but it's necessary to keep the game evolving, growing and improving.

If you didn't see the Hill last weekend, and you had a stable Internet connection, I'm afraid that's true, you won't see it this weekend either. 😓

My internet connection is very stable - I have no troubles with candy crush saga nor with anything else in soda, it's only the BGH which tends to appear / disappear - and if I play it twice it's always gone und will not show up before the next friday (or saturday or sonday)
I have also not had BGH for months. Is the control group ever changed? Or will it always be the same people who do not get BGH. I usually finish all levels before the new ones come out so nothing to play except old levels til Friday. There really is no other way to get gold bars unless you win the race which is only possible if you pay all levels in one sitting. That is hard to do since now we only get 15min of play from the daily bonus. Hammers are also hard to get. Of course you can always buy, which I guess is probably the point.
Yes I think they want to let us buy, but no way that I will ever spend any money to a company who is testing for 5 months and give new players to BGH.
I really wish I could have Bubblegum Hill back. It was allways my favorite feature and I haven’t had it for 3-4 month. So strange that they give it to only a few. 😢

The Batula bonus is available to me. But only when new levels appear. And today I am at a dead end. Since last Sunday. This Batula cannot throw keys to me. I have no levels ahead.

Lola-Pop I stopped playing almost for one month and not going to resume until I get BGH. I suggest all players who don’t have BGH do the same. Don’t support a company that doesn’t value loyal customers.
I agree with you that we should protest. But from what I see....I think we are the minority. Most of us see BGH if we started at level 1. Why? they are just playing with us. so, I think we are out of luck until the studio decides to give BGH to us. I will keep complaining until I get it or die trying.😁🙄😤

That's pretty much what I'm doing now, to be honest. I used to play it so much but BGH was my highlight of the week and it's not the same without it. It makes me laugh even more that King try to tempt you to spend money with better golden ticket deals - LOL as if I'm going to spend any money with them now. I log in each day, get my bonuses, do 2 toffee fair squares and that's it now.

@renamifsud2 , I know that because I asked the Studio if they were reshuffling the test groups; so if you have stable internet, play connected, and have the latest game version, but you still didn't get the Bubblegum Hill event last week, you will not get it this week either.
@nanpalousa , we ask the Studio every week, but there are decisions to be made and we can only inform you once they've been made; so, no, for now we can't know when the Hill will be available for everybody again.
