As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Didn't I read somewhere in this exhausting thread that BGH will now be available Mon-Thurs "until the testing is over"?
yup ... found it ... back on pg 99:
"The Studio is doing some testing for both features. From now and until the test is finished:BGH will be from Monday to Thursday"
Of course, I also recall reading in another thread that the reason for the daily reduction in time and boosters was due to the inexplicable "testing". This has lasted over 2 months.
Hope these guys aren't in charge of mail-in voting. 🙄
Besides change of time BGH is still monitored by King Studios and available to only a test group of players. It means if you are not among that group you might not be able to find BGH in your game. But after satisfying results it will be available on the large scale to more players. So keep your game application up to date.

In the Google Play Store for Android mobile devices, it says that the event chewing gum hill is there during the week when the app is updated. I updated but didn't get a chewing gum mound. Kimmy's arcade has also suddenly disappeared, even though time has not yet passed. Very mysterious everything.
No BGH again.

Are you having a problem with bubble gum hill. I keep having errors like connection problem though we have strong internet connection as i have checked with my other apps. I finished the bubble gum hill three times already but got no reward. (gold bars and lollipop hammers)

BGH showed up for an hour in July. I played it, then an error is displayed and BGH disappeared. He never came back. Kimmy's arcade comes and I can play. Then she's gone again. Now she has 10 levels, before that it was 7. With 10 levels it is much more difficultWith 10 levels, it's much harder.
Well CMs... it is now 7:09am CET on TUESDAY.... still no BGH... This is frankly ridiculous. I have had it for ONE day in the past SIX months!! And that was back in probably June. I am a PAYING customer. In act I just went through my App Store and counted...$177 so far this year. That’s a lot of money and yet that loyalty means absolutely nothing to you. So I am 100% done purchasing with your company until you make it worth my while and honor your commitments. I made my last purchase in August 28 and that will be the last one until something changes

week days or weekend does not make a difference as long as there is the choice to play bgh in order to get a chance to get some rewards

I don’t know if it’s because I’m on iPad or if I’m another part of a test group again but I haven’t seen bubblegum hill at all yesterday and today. I also got Kimmys Arcade for one day and then that disappeared. I had bubblegum hill last weekend and the weekend before.

Our overlords at King are simply toying with us, playing fast and loose with The Hill; depriving us for weeks on end, indulging us with three-day weekends, then snatching everything away. Drunk with power, they play ping-pong with our hopes and dreams, with dubious promises about weekdays.
And what is CET, a new time zone? There's Central Standard and Eastern Standard time. What wily ruse is this?
CET is Paris time zone. I like "overlords " nice!
The Studio is doing some testing for both features. From now and until the test is finished:
BGH will be from Monday to Thursday
Kimmy's Arcade. There will be different test groups inside the feature. One of them will see always the feature. Another one will see it regularly from Thursday to Monday and a third one will get it randomly ( those are the ones that are getting it for only some hours)

I have not had BGH in months. Why are some people still getting it... this game is a joke, not a level playing field for all players. Think it’s time to quit playing. Anyone of the community managers like to comment. Also would love to see a video of someone completing level 5164 without cheating. The only videos on you tube are of people changing the amount of moves with a cheat. @Sukanta_Biswas @Xarly

Bubblegum Hill has appeared for me, BUT despite completing it twice this morning, it gives me the message
"Bubblegum Troll is causing problems in our servers. Try again later"
And each time, I DIDN'T get the 6 lollipops or the 1 hour unlimited play.
My internet is fine. So I'm owed 12 lollipops and 2 hours play, and I'm not bothering with the game again today.
