As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
The studio claims that they are testing the feature. This is on going. It is very frustrating to see other players get to play and we don't. Especially your husband! 😂 I'm hoping it is coming back to all players. Then again it has been MONTHS.
Hello @ElenaVorona , The game seems to have internet connection error and rewards problem. I thought players play less on weekdays than weekends. Maybe the game server just can't handle the load on weekends.
Friend, what does BGH have to do with it?
The player connects to the server, regardless of how many mini-games he has available (BGH, Kimmy, quests, etc.).
BGH is not connected separately and does not carry additional load on the server. After all, we play on our gadgets and use the RAM of our gadgets.

I play at maximum levels. And only on Friday and Saturday I have new levels ahead (maximum 2 days). And only when I have new levels, "Batman" throws the keys to me. I take them and play for 2 hours with endless lives.

I replay old levels to improve my results. Only them. The transition to them takes a long time. They don't follow each other.
And here for me BGH is an opportunity to get an hour of endless lives and play at least some levels. It was during these days.
And there are more and more players like me every week.
For me, BGH is more important from Monday to Thursday than the weekend.

Bubblegum Hill event has been introduced to a group of players on testing basis. Studios are monitoring its progresd And if studios are satisfied with it. They will introduce it to more players. You please keep your game up to date and hopefully it will arrive in your game soon.

The Bubblegum Hill is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
However, in some cases the feature may be missing for temporary problems.
Keep playing the game, you can get the feature back again.

I spend money about once a week. It’s very clear that the lack of bonuses is for money, and now I can’t get lives my team sends me either. I was getting the lollipop game but that also went away. In the past six months I had BGH once for a day.
If spending money is the point, which it clearly is despite what the reps here are saying, then why don’t you actually reward the long time money spending players with BGH and other bonuses? Like others have said I am usually maxed out on levels so without BGH, I’m not playing. It’s frustrating.
@Lola_Pop I have been lucky to have BGH. However in Google play store app for Candy Crush Soda it says under upcoming events "4 more days" until BGH event...Which will place it on Monday. For someone who is a teacher and returning to work on Monday could you please request to keep BGH on the weekend schdule at least for this last weekend. On Monday when I return to work I want be able to play. Was really looking forward to having one last BGH weekend before school begins Monday. See Screenshot below.

@Lola_Pop is the studio aware of how angry their players are? If they are not, please inform them. As I've said on here before I've played this game since it was first released and have always spent money on it, lots of money. To not be in the "control group",or whatever lie you/they want to call it is extremely frustrating.
The fact that there are 97 pages of complaints about no Bubblegum Hill is embarrassing for King as a company.
If they have honestly been working on the supposed problems for this long then may I suggest they fire the entire team and hire new people? This is an absurd amount of time to take! People have created entirely new games in the time it's taken @king to fix whatever issues they claim to have had.
I feel so frustrated that a company I've spent years supporting is treating me and everyone else like we don't matter, our opinions don't matter.
