£280 taken from my account

Over a period of 3 months I tunes have taken £280 in varying amounts of £1.99 to £8.99 , I have never received these purchases ! I’ve emailed and spoken to iTunes and your good selves , I’m no further forward please advise/ help / refund

All of your suggested actions have been completed. iTunes have referred me back to you , you refer me back to ITunes ... All security procedures have been completed.

Neither iTunes or King are taking any onus and it’s morally wrong., and causing a complete distaste for both parties whilst I’m out of pocket !
