I lost EVERYTHING
Level 1
I bought a new phone and when I logged into my game, everything was gone. All my lives,gold,hammers,you name it, it was gone!I even lost my days of playing.I had well over 2000 days in, but it only logged me in at 765. How can we fix this?

Play on Facebook or King.com. In Facebook you have to save your game on the old cell phone and in King.com it will be saved automatically. Wherever you get your boosters they stay. They cannot be transferred to another device. since they are only saved there. Only the gold bars are transferred. I hope that makes sense. If you are on Facebook and come back to level 1. Please play level 1 and finish it and then please update it and clear the cache and reopen it. Then everything should be fine again.

@Tammy_Linke Hi and welcome. Your first issue with the lost boosters and lives. These are stored on the device itself, so if you reinstall the game , reset your phone change phone or game crashes you will lose your stored boosters and they are unrecoverable unless you had any purchased then you can contact customer support from your game and they should help you.
The level and gold bars first thing to do is play and complete a level and then log out and restart your device then log back in see if your level and gold appear as some times it needs this to recoonect to the server correctly. If they do not appear please see post below on help to recover your level / gold bars

sorry, most of those cannot be transfer. i hope you can still play on your old phone, so you can go crazy using up all the boosters.
