Why does the game only give me one life when 5 of my friends gave my lives

How cone when i click on my friends I only have 1 life and that's all? this has been going on for over a week now not right.

I contacted support about this same issue. It is occurring on my iPhone app and my pc. I play the game on both devices. ID:1121929565
