Power outage
I live in the Northwest corner of Ct. and we had a storm Aug 4th which caused a power and internet outage for 6 days. When I signed on today I saw that I had lost all my free gift progress. I wanted to know if you would consider reinstating me to my former progress before the storm? I am a faithful daily player and spend cash on packages to play with. I appreciate your consideration on this matter and thank you in advance.

Sorry, on purchases or credits you need to contact "Support". We don't do reimbursements here at The King Community.
Here is what you will need:
*User ID#
*Receipt Of Purchase (Or Order# etc...) - Screenshot
*Name Of Game
*Device You Play On
What is my User ID and where can I find it? — King Community
Your "User ID#" is the same on all King games you play on.

If it comes down to a last resort. Let your Bank / Credit Card Company handle it. Just give them the info above. Mine has been great in handling these things.
If you use the Microsoft Store (I do, because I use "Win 10 Pro PC - Desktop App") to order or buy, they have a strange policy. It is, no refunds on 3rd party games.

I am very sorry to say that it is not possible to bring back the "Daily Bonus Streak" 😔 That progress is stored on our device memory and when you did not log into the game because of the power outage, the game just thought that you did not log in and reset that progress.
But, there is nothing that we have lost with this "reset". Only for the first 6 days, we receive 1 unlimited booster(s)... but from day 7, it changes and we receive 2 boosters per day. And the amount of the "unlimited timer" would be the same -- 2 hours!
Hence, please do not worry about losing your Daily Streak, as it does not affect our game play in any way 🙂
