candy crush soda saga not working after Windows update

After the most recent windows 10 upgrade candy crush soda saga stopped working. The shortcut on the task bar disappears. The in game icon in candy crush does not work. the shortcuts everywhere else on the computer fail to work. when you hit the icon to start the game from inside candy crush it opens a web page to reinstall the game but reinstalling does nothing. I did a windows restore which fixed it but then windows update immediately took it away again. help me please

First of all and related to your issue with WIN10, please, contact our Support department from the In-game button you will find by clicking on the wheel.
On the second hand, @Adav The error in the website: Communities is due to a change of our server. Our website is: https://community.king.com. Last, but not least, there's no need to shout. The use of capital letters in forums means you are shouting which is not kind or nice and against our House Rules.

This is now week 3, that I cannot access my regular CCSS game on Win 10, BUT, I can access all the other King games on Win 10!!! OBVIOUSLY CCSS tech team needs to look into this, and stop sending me generic messages via email when I ask them to contact me....

WHY do the "help" desk not actually respond to tickets, and only send generic messages?
HOW long are they going to deny they have a problem?
and WHY do they keep telling customers to "Do this, do that etc" if they KNOW they are the ones with the problem, making out that every customer who has a complaint is the idiot around?
