referring to your suggestion..... again.... here are screen prints of how it doesn't work....
- Go to the wheel (gear) Search for : 1) Win10 - No search found, 2) Windows - again, no search for that either... then when you go to 3) Technical and Connection issues, there is nowhere where this issue is covered...
So, in the end, I go to King.com support and report my issues there.......... not that that does anything either....

@LadyRaffie ,@Spinnifix ,@Yosca , @Origins7_Dale I have now reset the Win10 CCSS and it is working. I am a bit upset, since I lost my 234 days log in, as well as all of my boosters. The boosters I can collect again, but the days continuous login not. Is there maybe a way to get that sorted on your side for me? Please?

Great, to hear it. A reset did it.
On days logging in, I guess you mean the "Daily Bonus"? King Support or perhaps our CM @LadyRaffie can advise you on that.
Let's go to "Support" first, see what they can do for you.

Your "User ID#" is the same on all King games you play on.

Thank you for your kind and beautiful words. I always help as best I can. We are human and when you are dissatisfied you can come across as unfriendly. That is normal. Because you think that you will get a correct answer and solve the problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't. But I never care about the daily bonus. Because I don't always play and I don't care what I get. You just have to keep your game up to date. This is important!! It is known that some functions have problems with the Internet connection. It's nice if you can play problem free again. But please stop logging in, logging in, that only causes problems. Since I never do it, I have no problems. Just some well-intentioned advice from me !!
