    @LadyRaffie , Sorry, I did not realise I was shouting - There is no function in the forum to "underline" or make "bold" important words so they can stand out, hence the capitals....

    @Spinnifix , still the same - no change yet. Logged in and out, restarted computer, cleared cache etc.... still no update on my side.

    Question: Do you have the app or the normal PC version from the website? Because I have it via the APP and have no problems. I will show you what that means in bold!

    The app is only closed for me, nothing to log in or out. Because you can cause a lot of problems with that. I generally do not log out or log in. I'm always in there right away.

    @Spinnifix thank you for the "Bold" explanation.

    I normally would log into my computer and click on the Start Button (bottom left corner of screen) and click on CCSS, and start playing direct - because I would be already signed in - as you say.....I only showed the problems I encounter with screenshots to try and explain better...

    @Yosca , maybe you can better explain....

    @Adav you should be able to bold letters as @Spinnifix has pointed ( that works also on mobile so it should be working on WIN10)

    As I said, please contact support through the in-game button. They need from you some special data and that's why they are requiring for you to contact them through the game. 🤗

    Hope this works and soon you will be able to play again our Sodalicious game ☺️

    That is the reason I came back here..........

You'll be directed to the help center. There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.



    So I can tell you again. Maybe you can get help there !! Please try and explain it clearly and with pictures. thank you

    I once took a picture of my app and it was also placed on my PC. I just need to open and close it. I can also slide them anywhere I want !!
