@LadyRaffie , Sorry, I did not realise I was shouting - There is no function in the forum to "underline" or make "bold" important words so they can stand out, hence the capitals....
@Spinnifix , still the same - no change yet. Logged in and out, restarted computer, cleared cache etc.... still no update on my side.

I normally would log into my computer and click on the Start Button (bottom left corner of screen) and click on CCSS, and start playing direct - because I would be already signed in - as you say.....I only showed the problems I encounter with screenshots to try and explain better...

@Adav you should be able to bold letters as @Spinnifix has pointed ( that works also on mobile so it should be working on WIN10)
As I said, please contact support through the in-game button. They need from you some special data and that's why they are requiring for you to contact them through the game. 🤗
Hope this works and soon you will be able to play again our Sodalicious game ☺️
