Very sorry about your purchase trouble. Sorry but community dont deal with purchase related issues as it involves your personal information. You should directly contact player support from the settings of your game apllication. They have your purchase history of last 90 days and surely they will take a positive action in your favour.

First I recommend to log out, clear cache/turn off device, and log back in. Sometimes it takes awhile for purchase items to show up. If you don't see, then contact player support from your game app. Follow the link game expert provided. Lastly if all fails, contact your app support..App Store or Google Play.

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

@safyre911 Hi and welcome, There are a few issues with the store at the moment so are you sure your purchase went through correctly. I am guessing if you have no payment information this may be the case and you have nothing to worry about. I would check your payment information in a couple of days to see if there is anything there as you will need this to make any claims and if you still have no receipt would say your purchase never went through

If you have proof that you were charged for the purchase, you should include that information (it can be an email or notification from whomever you have linked your game to for payment purposes) when you contact Player Support. If for example you play on an Apple device and your payment is linked thru Apple, you can go to Player Support for the missing booster/GB package but to get an actual refund of the money you will need to contact Apple Support directly and dispute the charge and say you didn't receive the item.
