Loss of gold bars
This is the third time that I have used my gold bars to finish a level and the game crashes and I lose the 10 gold bars. It is very frustrating when you earn them or pay for them to have taken away. I'm beginning to think you set things up this way to make us purchase more. Getting really sick of this game because of this. Can I get them back? I'm sure I can't but I at least informed you.

@JLPhillips Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache see if this solves your crashing problems

yes, you can get the gold bars back...just contact player support as provided by the game experts above. if this keep happening, then maybe just don't bother buying more moves. most of the time 5 more moves is not enough to win anyway (for me at least). i rather use boosters.
