Why have all of my boosters disappeared? I had hundreds of switches and both bombs fish now they are

I synced my new phone now all of my boosters are gone. Spent a lot of money getting them.

That's sad @jtcard but boosters are stored in the device 😔 Now try using the boosters on your old device. Meanwhile start collecting boosters on the new device by playing events.

@jtcard Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices your boosters are stored on the device itself. so if your game or phone crashes you uninstall or change devices your boosters are lost / not transferable. Unless you had any unused purchased boosters and then you can contact customer support and they should help you with these

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
