To check updates
Click on windows key
Go to settings
Scroll down to bottom and windows updates
Check windows updates and install and restart your device. do this first and will then run you through graphics if this does not help

@shelleyscnnei Hi click on windows key again and go to settings. in search box put device manager
Check you devices look like this and have no Yellow check marks
if you have a yellow check mark on display adapter click on this and update driver.
If this does not work would try uninstalling the windows 10 app again , restart your device and then try installing again.
If this does not work there is nothing more i can advise you and think you would need to contact customer support from your game for help. Go to game settings - help center - Send them an email

There was no yellow in my devices. here is a screen shot of my computer. i did what you said and deleted the app. restarted and reinstalled and it is the same issues. I should have enough resources to run this right? I can see everything in gameroom on FB and when playing in FB just not in the app....so many things are missing.
