Error Connection Server then apply update yesterday , in the app don't have access to my account , I'm think do a mistake typing the password , my next step was change my password , and all the process web to change do it right, but when return the app , same problem , can't connect to the Server.

SUCCESS!!!!! Many thanks Nix66. I was unable to save game but I uninstalled anyway and hoped for the best. Not only did I get my game back at same level and working fine but I also got all my bonuses/boosters as well as those accumulated while game was on the blink. 😊☘️
Thank you Nix66. If I get my game back I am not too worried about boosters. I cannot save game on PC or Facebook due to Cannot connect to server message.
I have been having same issues as mentioned in other comments above for past three weeks in Candy Crush Saga and Soda on both PCs and Android phone. I have tried every tip mentioned in community centre. King Help Centre asked me to send screenshot, which I did, and never heard from them again. Everything else works fine on my computers and phone. I don't want to uninstall as I am beyond 3000 level in all games.
Now March, I haven't been able to connect to your server for weeks. Any update on when this will be rectified??
This has been a problem with this game for a long time. It has gotten particularly bad over the last couple of weeks. The worst has consistently been when accessing or updating “Mr Toffee’s Fair.” I can sometimes connect to other things in the app, and still get the server connection error on MTF. Recently, however, it is the entire game.
We hope so. The word I would used is “eventually”. Server issues are probably in the hardware then software. So upgrading hardware could takes long time.
Is King going to fix the problem with the server issue?
I haven't been able to connect to the server since Feb. 23! Completed all the normal log out/clear/restart nothing worked.

Sorry for the tag. I know you probably aren't afftected by this problem but currently many, many players are. Since I have no way to contact them all I preferred to use the tag list, instead of tagging just the 3 players who commented here. And LadyRaffie asked us to inform you. So if you guys happen to browse around Soda Community and see other players asking about this problem in the coming days, in this way you know this is CM's update on the topic.

I'm playing on android and no not getting any error just telling me it will be saved when I connect to the server
@EileenL Hi Again Please make sure your game and device is up to date, clear the cache from you app store ( NOT DATA). log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
You can also try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and reconnect to see if this helps or switch from wifi to mobile data to see if this helps

@EileenL Hi, Only other thing i can suggest is to try uninstalling and see if this resolves your issue but you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES. Other than that you can try customer support to see if they can help with your issue, but you seem to have done all the standard troubleshooting tips
I could do that but I would lose my progress I have done over 4000 levels and I don't want to start from the begining
@EileenL Hi Again, if your game has been saved with a King or Facebook account your levels and gold bars should be safe and if something did go wrong there are ways to get your levels restored.
Having problems with the server issues - I have to restart several times and go to "home" and back a few times to connect.
Please don't suggest the usual uninstall/reinstall/clear cache guff, this is on both Android phone and Windows 10 PC (both are up to date) so the only common point is at the King servers.

I have got the same problem as Bricorn. Candy Crush Soda Saga always says that it couldn´t connect to the server. The levels progress although and my gold is still correct, but many other things are confused and not working most of the time.
I´ve already cleaned the cache of the game, restart the mobile, restart my WLAN/Wifi, disconnect from facebook and reconnect again. But nothing helps.
In my friends list there are also a lot of people I don´t know and who haven´t been there before.
The most annoying thing ist that I lost my ranking in the quest "Bärenrauferei". I was on the first place with 320 points and now I should start from the beginning with no points.
Please fix it shortly, because in this way it doesn´t make a lot of fun to play the game.

I agree, I'd also suggest to repeat the troubleshooting steps many times first. Uninstalling should be the very last resort, as Freddy said.
I also have been having this kind of issue lately. I see other players are involved too. So for now I wait for the game studio to fix it. Hopefully soon.
In the meantime @Bricorn , clearing cache does help. But if you can solve temporarily this issue without clearing cache, then good for you 😃
I have to clear cache of the Android app so I can temporarily solve these connection issues. Sometimes these steps:
work for me but sometimes they don't.
When everything loads again the server error is gone for a while. Unfortunately, I have to repeat everything again. 😪
Clearing cache doesn't mean clearing data. With the first one you don't lose anything but with the second one you lose boosters.
You can clear cache on Android and on iOS but you can't do that on w10 app. On w10 app there's only the "clear data" option.
(To clear cache on Android: please visit device Settings - open "Apps" - open Soda - click "Storage" - click "clear cache")

Hopefully this all gets resolved soon! I logged out and back in, (didn't uninstall) and all of my boosters were gone, but thankfully they returned the next time I loaded the game.
Thanks, but as this affects BGH, Mr Toffee and Bake a Cake, on Windows 10 AND Android 11, I don't see how the issue can be at my end. This is a server issue. Have they tried turning it off and back on?
I did not say the issue is at your end. I just said clearing cache does help with dealing with the problem temporarily. And it doesn't cost you as I thought your first comment implied. That was my point 😀
I even said I'm affected myself by this issue as many others. So yes,I also agree the game studio should find a solution. Infos about this have been passed on but currently we have no news about this issue from the game studio. We can only resort to troubleshooting to make the game work in the meantime 😀
