Oh dear @Barbara_Young-2 My apologies, but I had to say this.Can you please try to log out of the game, clear the cache, power off your device for at least 1 minute, restart your device, check for game and device updates, make sure you have at least 2 GB free memory storage and a stable internet connection, and log back into the game. Then fill in the d.o.b. (If that pops up again) with numbers instead of the arrows or press return after filling in d.o.b.
