a candy crush soda saga as I said in the question they took away the trophy and my friends why?

if you have access to a computer you can add friends as your favourite through king.com.
- To do this go to king.com
- Select the games from top left
- Log in from the top right corner
- Select your game
- You will find a friends tab from the left hand side.
- Once you're in the friends tab, you can add friends as favourites with their email address.
But if you are playing this game through facebook then you need to add friends from facebook who are playing this game.
If you play on Facebook or are linked, look for a game group, there you can find many friends for the game. If you need help, get in touch again

Let’s try troubleshooting and see if after doing that your lists will include players again.
First check for any updates for both your device and game app and install if you find any / then open your Soda Game / Select Profile / Select Log Out / Close the app / Reopen the app / Log back in to your profile / Open the game.
If that doesn’t do the trick just respond back here in the reply box below!

Have you heard about the new Social Hub? It's the Sodalicious way to stay connected with your friends in the game.
To see them there, both of you -your friend and yourself- must start using the Social Hub. So if one of you hasn't joint the Hub yet, you won't see each other and the friend list will be empty.

Hello @Farmerrusty yup, I don’t have friends either. The studio is changing a few things, so glitches follow 😅 be patient a bit. Hopefully soon it will fix at next update

The last couple of days my scoreboard and my friends list are both empty on Candy Crush Soda Saga ? I can't give lives or receive lives.? Any ideas how to get these back or if there are issues? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!! I ended up reinstalling the game - it would not let me sign in with email or my FB account. After I reinstalled my friends list and the scoreboard are both populating. 👍️ Thanks again!
It's also happening on my account now @Nix66. And I know of others as well, with other CC-games. So there is an issue on your end. You can't expect everyone to just end up uninstalling and reinstalling like @Lisa10. Even though I don't have that many boosters, I'm not willing to lose them. Please do look into this. Please show us you care. Thanks in advance...

And then not being able to sign in with my email or FB-account? Like Lisa10, and having to uninstall/reinstall? No, thank you. You know what I think? I think you've pushed some button/switch over there which has caused all of this. Maybe you could find that button/switch, and push it again? To undo what you did? It could solve a whole lot of these problems, because like I said, it's happening with more people, and other CC-games as well (I'm one of the admins of a couple of Candy Crush Helpgroups).
Please do me (and many others) a favour with this.

And exactly where do you think “over there” is and what magical button do you imagine is located there?
I am not a King employee and have no access to the platforms.
Have you tried switching to using WiFi? Many times when things aren’t loading properly for me I connect to WiFi and they instantly load or work.

I agree there is an issue and to me it seems to originate from the updated Terms or the latest Windows 10 patch.
Running the Soda Saga under Windows 10 and having re-installed the App, it does not alter anything, but for the one new session (re-start the game and it is the same problem, thus you must Reset App every time). I run under a King e-mail account.
Reset of the App makes one lose all gained Candy & Daily Bonus progress but gives you 5 lives.
Furthermore, you lose the Bear Brawl accumulated energy.
If you could raise this as a patch error.
By the way I am playing out of Denmark and it seems José is playing from Benelux, thus it could be an EU issue with GDPR terms update.
