Sorry, but I really feel it's up to you to find out where things went wrong (and fix it). Did you know I've had a crashing-issue with one of your apps two years ago? I've tried everything I could possibly think of, everything that was suggested to me at King's Community (even several times), nothing worked, not even uninstalling/reinstalling. This crashing wasn't just on my end either. For the others, it also didn't work. But somehow, after a couple of months, almost like magic, the app loaded again and I could play again.
@José_Savelkoul You do realize you are in the Candy Crush Soda forum, yes? We only try to help as best we can on issues you are facing in your Soda Game.
Being only a regular player myself and just a volunteer here in the Community you sure have high expectations of my capabilities!
Why don’t you simply contact Player Support directly from your Game since they’re the paid experts 😉 and see if they’re able to offer you a better solution.
Unless you’re willing to provide for me here your information and we’ll continue troubleshooting. Please provide your device (make and model) and software information (version) along with your current Soda App version and how much available Memory Storage there is on your device. A screenshot showing the error you’re encountering today while trying to access your Soda game would also be super helpful.
Yes, this is about Soda. I'm having a Windows10 PC (2018). I've got 919 GB free memory, I don't have wireless internet. The version of my Soda-app is 1.200.300.0. I do have access to the game, the screenshots I already posted yesterday at this thread: no friends to be found. (The part about the crashing that was with another app, but I just wanted you to know that things that are suggested don't always work).
@Familiethuis said it's an extremely annoying problem, and doesn't think that uninstalling/reinstalling it is a good solution. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I'm playing without FB.
(I've translated the words of Familiethuis at my best for you). ;)
Hi @José_Savelkoul , thank you for helping here 😁. I am Dutch too, so I understood 😉. However, to make it clear for everyone, we state here in the Community that only English can be spoken.
Yet they still do show at the Weekly Race (Windows10-app). But this is the only place where they show to me. Please do look into this. Have you reported it to the Gaming Studio @Nix66? Have you heard from them?
Hi @Nix66 - I still reckon it is an EU matter, thus if the problem is not in US nor in the UK and onlywhen you login through King account it is probably the last patch for the GDPR from King in their Win10 version.
If the troubleshooting tips given you didn't help, then might need to do a *Uninstall / Reinstall. Might have *Corrupted Game Files, or an update you did, didn't take well. See my post below, on what to do, in order to perhaps get back what you may lose on doing this.

1 · Helpful Woah! 1Sweet Love HahaBy the way, if I open my game through FB, my friends are right there (just not through the Windows10-app). Am I missing something?

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaHi again @José_Savelkoul I did report it to our Community Manager. 🤗
She then reports all issues to the Game Studio.
Let’s ask @Origins7_Dale since he is very knowledgeable and also plays on Win10. Perhaps he may shed some light on this issue for you.

*See my post above. Has info on getting it all back, after a *Reinstall!
Can also see the *Help Center for more info above!
