She does read and care, don't worry about it. If she doesn't reply it's because she receives hundreds of notifications daily. Our community manager is the bridge between us players and the Game Studio. CM makes sure to forward all this feedback to the Game Studio which is the one in charge of making decisions in the game. I understand the frustration, voicing your opinion is not pointless 🙂

All it does is keep on spinning. By the way, as of today I'm faceless as well (no profile-pic anymore). What I don't understand, this wasn't broke (having friends in the game, nothing was wrong with that). So why are you now trying to improve things, even going live with it when it clearly doesn't work? This wasn't tested before. Don't say it was, because nobody will believe that. I'm one of the admins of a Soda helpgroup, seeing loads of complaints every day. And I try to get them all here, but people are just fed up. Do you really want to dig your own grave? Please do get this mess sorted asap.

A team creator can share a team code so other players can use it to locate the team and join. And yes, there is a chat in teams to communicate with. Refer to the link above to find more infos about teams. There you can also find teams to join or team mates to add from this community .
