I’m loosing money and beginning to loose faith in community.King.com
I was playing Candy Crush Soda …. While baking the Cake I had gotten all the way up to level 10 and has to purchase a $8.99 pkg…. When I wanted to buy more spins the play on play area went blank and I waited and waited and waited and the play on area didn’t come back on after an hour in which I was unable to complete the cake therefore I didn’t get my prize 🤷🏽♀️ that’s in no way fair Last month my bank account got charged $50 because y’all kept running a card that you know had no money on it then there were times that I wasn’t even playing any games at all and I was getting notifications that my card was declined and I wasn’t even playing any internet games so what’s actually going on with you guys 11/13/2021 @ 11:56 p.m would someone please respond. Very annoyed

The community can't handle purchases issue due to the sensitive nature of the information involved.
You can contact Player Support by following the link shared above for refunds in your game but in your case I'd contact the support team of the bank or service your credit card belongs to. You'll be able to check better the movements of your credit card, investigate these unrecognized payments and if needed, issue a dispute through your bank account to have your money back.
