    Hi again Nix66

    Is it possible to go into my user id (3929423274) and see if there are issues with the id and games. Honestly, I have tried everything.

    have you passed my information on to someone who can help?

    Also the announcement is very confusing. Are we not going to be able to purchase gold bars, are we losing all our friends, boosters and gold bars we have on hand?

    Hello again.


    I cannot send you a screenshot as I cannot log in.. The message I am getting on the login screen is "there was a connection error. Try again later." As I said, I took my tablet to a computer tech and there is nothing wrong with itl I believe somewhere in the discussions there is a screenshot of the same message I am getting. I thought by looking at my user ID it would show the problem.

    When I try to use gold bars, the message I get is "cannot connect to store".

    There appears to be some sort of connection issue that need to be looked at.

    Also if we can't play on the King site or facebook, where do we play? Are we still able to buy gold bars and do we still get boosters?

    If we play through playstore I am getting the same connection errors.

    Sorry to be a pain and I appreciate any help you can provide.

    i was finally able to upload screenshots (at least that part is fixed).

    i am still not able log in to the game. And no its not a connection issue nor is it an update issue, both are good hence i could log in on this platform to comment.

    please help, im really at my wits end. Thank you

    Thanks for your help. I am getting the exact error message as eddiegarr. This is on all games so how can they all be corrupt. Oh well I will send my user id to the support group and perhaps there is another issue. I can't see how all games are corrupt as I cannot log on to any of the 4 I play and the store is unavailable on all 4 to cash in gold bars.
