I'm really sorry to hear this but only Player Support is able to send you your missing items.
This forum doesn't deal with purchases problem. I can't send you refunds😔
did you try contacting Player Support directly from Soda app like I showed you here? Did they get back to you?
did you check your junk email in case their replies ended up in your spam bin?
If you don't get a response from them, then the only other solution would be to issue a dispute through your PostePay account because you didn't get what you paid for from the game. More infos on how to make a dispute should be found on PostePay site.
