Friends have disappeared

I'm playing Candy Crush Soda Saga on facebook but for some reason my friends and where they are in the game has disappeared. Is this going to be fixed or am I wasting my time playing the game.

Hello @Chris20 Sorry, you had this experience 😕 As you can read in the main Support thread here a fix has been made. This fix will be sent to your game. Just make sure your game and device has the latest updates.

Unfortunately my laptop doesn't allow for updates now, there isn't any free space. I would have thought the game would automatically bring back any friends as it was a problem your end.

Would you be able to try downloading the app on your phone or laptop (if you make more space) and try playing that way instead of through Facebook? That may make a difference :)

I've always played the game on my laptop by logging into Facebook. I'm unsure of why I have to download it again, will this not mean I have to start from level 1 again when I'm on level 1734.

Did you try using a different browser? (chrome, mozilla, edge etc)

Updating Windows and making sure computer has at least 2 GB of free storage may help the game run smoothly on your computer. These tips are always advised.🙂

Make sure your browser is up to date. Check it out by clicking this link

Also try to log out from Facebook account - clear browser cache (more infos here) - restart device - log in
