Hiya all Sofa crushed

My name is Steve, I love in Darlaston Walsall in the West Midlands but originally come from Caerphilly South Wales.I

I am 66years old, retired yet still keep crushing away. Can anyone please help.me with a problem I am havig?

On Candy Crush SodaSags I am unable to buy 5 extra lives after running out.

Plus I am unable to retrieve friends goOfy of lives.. Any help and advice would.be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear you have some issues in your game 😔 What kind of error do you see when you want to buy 5 more moves? What device are you playing the game? Currently, there are problems making purchases through Microsoft Store.

Please try this: provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

About friends. If you have Social Hub you can add friends in 3 different ways

In Social Hub you can send a friend request by clicking on "Invite Friends" then you can share a link with others.

You can also make a friend request by clicking on an avatar of other players that you see in e.g. Episode Race, 4 in a Row, Teams etc. Then some people see a code that you can share. Others (like me) don't see this anymore and a friend request is automatically sent to the other.

And you can add more friends suggested by the game, by clicking on “add more friends”
