there's an ongoing problem that is affecting the games of players located in UAE, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Soda Game Studio is currently working on a solution but we don't have a timeframe for it yet.

Hello @MAlnuaimi More players from UAE are experiencing the same issue and this is under investigation but there is no solution yet. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the game doesn’t help, same error appears 😕. We have a main thread 👉 here and there are players reporting that the connection issue is no longer there when using VPN.
